Your initial consultation will allow you to:
1- Meet with one of our wellness counsellors 2- Ask them any questions you may have 3- Get to know us on a more personal level 4- Get qualified to see if you are a good candidate for our program
Our wellness counselors are highly trained and will be able to asses whether you are a good fit for our program. During your consultation the counselor will learn more about your current weight loss journey and ask you several questions that will help us begin the process of developing a tailored treatment plan.
If you are interested in moving forward, we will start the intake process by taking payment, sending you a requisition for lab work, setting up your medical screening, and scheduling your weekly sessions based on times that work best for you.

2. Medical Screening
Your medical screening will allow us to get a better understanding of your overall health by asking you a series of health related questions and scheduling your blood work to better understand your current health.
Ultimately the purpose the screening is to make sure that there are no health concerns that we need to address prior to you joining the program. During this screening session, the Doctor or medical professional may screen for and prescribe medication to help you throughout program. This will be discussed and determined during your private medical assessment.

3. Start Program & Receive Health Tech
Once your blood work results are in and you are ready to start. You will receive a smart watch, smart weight and food scale, a measuring tape, and a smart water bottle. These tools will allow you to stay engaged and keep on track throughout your program duration and beyond!

4. Weekly Counseling Sessions
Our weekly CBT sessions are designed to get to the root cause of your weight struggles and change your habits and relationship with food. Your counselor will be your guide, your support system and your accountability holder and will work to transition that responsibility to you as the weeks progress.

MEDICATION
Today the weight loss industry offers a number of Health Canada approved medications that can assist with weight loss and maintain. All of our medications must be screened for and provided by our medical doctors. Once a client has been screened to use a GLP-1, for example Ozempic or Wegovy, a medical prescription will be provided and can then be dispensed by your pharmacy.
